Mr. Shapiro is a very experienced criminal defense attorney in Plano who works alongside his father, Mr. Howard Shapiro. Starting his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Shapiro has experience on both sides of the courtroom, allowing him a unique view on each case.

Mr. James Whalen is a knowledgeable defense attorney in Frisco with an emphasis on federal crimes and the appellate process. His experience in practicing as both a defense attorney and appeals attorney brought insight regarding the process from trial to appeals.

Ms Katherine Devlin, a criminal defense attorney in Plano with lots of experience in sex crimes and federal crimes. Her work alongside Ms. Heather Barbieri provided insight on the moral toll particular cases can have on an attorney. She emphasized the importance of separating work from home to ensure a client's constitutional rights are protected in each case.

Judge Jay Bender is an experienced judge in Collin County who has also previously worked as a prosecutor and private defense attorney. To give back to his community, Judge Bender became a judge and was recently re-elected to this position in November 2018.
