Observation 1

While in the Collin County Courthouse, docket was observed with Ms. Petty, as well as a few brief interactions with clients.

Assessment 12

Ms. Petty provided the opportunity to observe a motion to suppress for one of her cases involving a warrantless search.

Assessment 14

In a two day, twelve-hour court period, almost every aspect of a murder case was observed, including witness testimony and presentation of evidence.
